Meridian Visiting Physicians has provided care at my Mom's retirement community for the last year. In this time I have contacted the office by phone and email two separate times regarding insurance and medical record needs. Both times there has been no response unless I call them several times. The last incident they were to fill out a patient record form. The facility requesting it sent the form via fax every three days with no response. When I called to inquire about the situation, it took them two days to answer my concern via email. The facility again faxed the requested form to the number provided by the office staff member which was the same number they had already faxed the form to. Three days later they have not completed the requested form. We will be changing doctors soon.
