Dr. Michael Gitlin

My advise whom looking for dentist first read this reviews, don’t hurt your self with bad service and unprofessional employees and MD. This Russian people just need money they don’t care about you! Very bad costumer service. And never have time to explain!!!

I just spent over an hour on the phone between Dental office and my insurance company.The rep at insurance company said "Why do you go there, they are the rudest people I've ever spoken to! Dr. Gitlin is very rough when giving injections, has NO TIME to explain anything, charges exorbitant fees. Needless to say, I'm done with DR. Gitlin and his whole staff! They were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Getting a appointment was easy. The hygenist, whom I told not to take so many x-rays, because the year before I had a lot from my previous dentist, who is not under my insurance anymore. She still kept taking x-rIays, and acting as if she was the dentist telling me all the dental work I needed. Finally, Dr. Gitlin came in, spent less then 5 mins. with me, telling me I needed all to see a oral surgery and a crown, etc... Left and later that week went and got to two of my previous dentists who did not agree with him, after reviewing my x-ray's from Dr. Gitlins office. I would not recommended this dentist to anyone.

Doctor spend NO TIME explaning what your needs are and options to fix your teath. He only looks at what is pre-aproved by your insurance then does root canals on good teeth!! BEWARE!!!

hard time with booking appt., rude stuff and they forget to give me anesthesia ...so I was in such a huge pain. I wish I had never been there.....
