I can't say enough good things about Dr.Giuliani and his incredible team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of care. The staff is always so friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. Dr.Giuliani is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I'm comfortable and informed every step of the way. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to my appointments! Thanks to their exceptional care, my teeth have never been healthier. Do not come here! The front receptionists are so rude. I've been coming here for over 10 yrs because I love the dentist but the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Leslie called me to lecture me to "Start checking my voicemails" because apparently they called me to reschedule my appointment. This has happened twice where I didn't receive a voicemail from them because they had to reschedule my appointment. Leslie blamed it on me. When I went to check my voicemails and missed calls, I had nothing from there. Maybe the staff made a mistake? Nope, instead it's all my fault according to her. The other staff members are just unprofessional and constantly reschedule my appointments. They needed to reschedule me and they said they couldn't reschedule me for another 4 months which is ridiculous since they were the ones who needed to reschedule, not me.

If i could give zero stars i would. I had a filling done today for second time because they messed up the 1st time. But hey, everyone has a bad day right? Well i PAID for rhe upgraded filling with no silver. I just looked in the mirror and its half silver. they filled with silver and put a partial light coat of white over it. I dont know what kind of @#$!-show theyre running over there but theyll be fixing it again if they dont want to be destroyed by social media. And thats the last theyll see of me. Poorest experience ever. Incompetent, liars& cheaters with poor bedside manner.

Was in pain and they were quickly able to get me in and when I went in everyone was so nice and it went really quick definitely recommend this dentist

Staff and everyone there is so Friendly and Dr Michael is so very quick and painless makes me feel comfortable

Anytime I come in the staff and everyone is so friendly and there is never a long wait they treat you the way they want to be treated and Dr Michael was very nice and all my treatments are always painless .. very good dentist

I had a 3 hr. appt to remove a front bridge. I was required to pay $1900 CASH upfront and another $1900 due to complete job and this is with insurance paying him $1000. Dr. Michael shot me up with novacaine and left the room. He came back with some tool, I think to loosen the bridge. He never told me what he was doing. The noise of the tool in my mouth was SO LOUD that I literally shook in The chair each time he used it. He never said anything. He drilled and drilled. The assistant changed my bib 5x. So much blood. He drilled my gums. He never told me what he was doing. Tears were coming down my face. It was fear & torture. He made me a temporary bridge. I went home. 3 hours later I started profusely bleeding from my gums. I was rushed back to be questioned by him on whether I took aspirin or blood thinner. Of course I didn’t; he drilled my gums too much probably hitting a blood vessel. He gave me a coagulant. I am now terrified of this dentist. Never before have I… had a problem. My smile is gone, I’m not happy, and I can’t eat. I can’t even kiss. Gloria the assistant advised me not to eat anything hard. I can’t even eat a soft banana or a tomato. I’m living in pain. $1900 worth of PAIN!

If you don’t want something done, he gets angry and basically threatens you by claiming he will charge you for wasting his time. Meanwhile, my insurance company paid him the minute I check in.

I am very apprehensive about dental treatment and Dr . Michael made me very comfortable and eased my anxiety. I highly recommend him . And the staff is very helpful with my insurance. Meeti and Tina are two of the hygienists there, they both are wonderful !
