Great office support along with a great Doctor. He is friendly, explains was is needed and is genuinely concerned.

My experience is totally different than the other review, which is why I chose to write this review. I went to Dr. Gladwell earlier this year for an implant. That isn't the most fun thing to look forward to, but I was more than happy with the entire experience. First of all, everyone in the office was very kind and professional. No one was ever rude! Dr. Gladwell was great. He is very easy to talk with and he explained the surgery procedure to me so I knew what would happen and what to expect. He followed up my initial visit with a phone call about another concern he had discovered. He followed up the surgery with a phone call to see how I was feeling. I was told to expect some pain and tenderness after the surgery, but I never had any pain. If you need to have oral surgery, go to Dr. Gladwell. I was happy with everyone and everything at his office.

I went there for surgery due to an emergency. He was able to extract the wisdom teeth out however never schedule any re-check. It's never fully recover for almost 2 months and on 6th week from the surgery it's badly infected. My other dentist cleaned that but I almost went to ER because this doctor's irresponsibility. Also the staff in the office is very rude. One lady picked the phone cut me off several times and wouldn't let me speak.
