Dr. Michael L Goldaber, MD

There are several hundred dermatologists in the metro Boston area. Save yourself a lot of pain and money and see anyone else!! Dr. Goldaber treated a skin issue with MOES surgery, that, come to find out, could have been treated topically (for much less money, of course). Then, he mistreated an ongoing cyst issue: I finally sought treatment from another, much better, more responsive, dermatologist, who said that it could have been treated months ago with a steroid injection, which he performed that day, ending the issue for good. Unfortunately, I endured endless amounts of discomfort, until I left Dr. Goldaber’s practice. And then, there’s the billing department: if you have an issue, forget it. The rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Seriously. Go. Somewhere. Else.

He was running very late, was rushed and unprofessional. He seemed irritated by my questions. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Goldaber was running 45 minutes late. He talked about his ex wife and his divorce, which I didn't want to hear. He was very unprofessional and rushed through my visit. I had waited a while to schedule this appointment. I will not go back to Dr. Goldaber and have found a new provider.

So lovely & caring with my kids. Not only made them feel comfortable, he was quick, fun & super helpful. Totally recommend Dr Goldaber!

Dr. Goldaber was running late, I sat in the waiting room 40 minutes then in an exam room another 20 minutes. He was obsessed with talking about his divorce and disparaging to his ex-wife, with whom he knew I was friendly. He barely looked at my skin, and prescribed an expensive cream that game me a rash. I called the office multiple times and they told me to come in for a biopsy. I went to another dermatologist who said it was a simple matter, gave me samples, and took care of it right away. Dr. Goldaber was unprofessional and creepy.

Rude and Condescending. Always runs late and is very rushed

Dr. Goldaber seems to miss nothing on exams and truly knows his stuff. He has offered good solutions for the different skin issues I've had. He's always friendly and easy to talk to. We go nowhere else for dermatology issues.

He may get behind but it is due to the fact he helps his clients totally and may not know what to expect. I once had an appointment for one thing and had three by the time I got there.

Dr. Goldaber was running late, by about 45 minutes. He was pleasant but rushed. He saw I was divorced and talked at length about his divorce. I found this terribly unprofessional. Dr. Goldaber biopsied a mole, never called for followup, and I had to call his office numerous times to get my results. They couldn't find my chart there. I would not recommend Dr. Goldaber.

Dr. Goldaber came in, looked at my finger and recommended an expensive cream, which ended up not working. He then talked about his divorce for 15 minutes. I am now seeing another dermatologist.
