Dr. Michael Edward Goldis, DO

In this period of fast paced (in the office, out of the office) medical environment, I found Dr Goldis to be unique. He spends all the time needed with me and answers all my questions to my satisfaction before he discharges me from his office. His diagnoses have been spot on. I'm 70 and couldn't be happier with my doctor.

Dr. Goldis is with our a doubt the best family dr I have ever known He's has a great personality, very smart, cares about his patients spends more time 1 on 1 than any doctor I've ever known, so I don't mind at all if he gets backed up a little and I have to wait sometimes A little longer to see him. Because I know when I do see him he will be through and do everything humanly possible to make sure I leave with what ever help I need not many like him, and his staff is very pleasant & helpful in every way. I have been driving from Woodbury to see dr Goldie for 8 years and wouldn't think of going any wheat else.

He never introduced himself as a Geriatrician. He insisted that I have a cerebral shunt put in immediately, that it had to be done NOW. He said he was the "King", he knows about this. He downplayed the severeness of the procedure. The neurosurgeon did his own evaluation. He absolutely refused to do the surgery. He said I am not even close to being symptomatic enough for such an intrusive surgery that requires life long maintenance. By the way, I'm 47.
