Very poor customer service. Unprofessional. My 73 year old mom made multiple attempts to see this Dr. Gorman. He appears to be out of the office more than in the office. The snotty office personnel scheduled her for an appointment today, for 2:30, for what seems like repeat bronchitis. Only to turn her away, stating new patients are seen at 8am, when she was seen by his P.A. last week. Not sure why she's still a new patient I the eyes. Bottom line up front..she waited 5 days of suffering with this cough only to be told she was scheduled at the wrong time and turned away. INEXCUSABLE

I do not recommend him to anyone. Wife is the one that takes you to the room, very boyish. Dr Gorman has a very demeaning attitude.

My parents do not know how to give reviews so I have taken their direct words to place this for them. "Dr. Michael D. Gorman is the best doctor that we have ever had. He sees both of us and takes the time to listen and to care about our issues and what we have to say or any concerns that we have. We would recommend everyone to him because he gives the best care and medical attention to his patients."

I really don’t have the words to describe the warmth and at ease feeling I get from my appointments with this man. Doc G and Doc T (my chiropractor) are two of the finest. I look forward to my appointments with these guys. How many of you can say that and mean it?

After getting in a car wreck I went to the ER and my regular doctor after that. My Doctors office would not even SEE ME after they found out it was a car wreck! I received a Very Professional Exam, got medicine for my pain, and was sent to get MRI and was started on physical rehabilitation and they are NOT Charging me until my case settles.. WOW ! And Dr Gorman also does family practice and after my doctor would not even see me I know who my NEW family doctor is gonna be !! Thank you Renee & Brittany for being so helpful.. Margie
