This man was extremely rude to my father (the patient) and my family. He had a punitive approach because we dared to ask questions and express dissatisfaction with his “services”. Avoid him!

Don't trust his team to do a thorough exam when experiencing irregularities. An EKG is not enough. Make the appointment directly with the doctor, or better yet, find a better doctor. His team is clearly not well trained or knowledgeable enough to recognize dire cirumstances.

There are better doctors who will investigate subtle problems which could end up causing sudden death. Going to a doctor who will be careful and thorough might save your life.

Scheduling an appointment is very difficult. You have to call his office and then his nurse has to call to set the appointment. If you miss the nurse's call you have to start the process again. Once you have the appointment it is not unusual to wait for an hour to see Dr. Graceffo.
