Dr. Michael Keith Greenberg, MD

Best Doctors ever but the front-end staff are rude, act as if the patients are bothering them etc. called today asked to hold, was on hold for 11 minutes. then they picked up and hung upon me. I called back they put me on hold a second time. Finally, when they picked up, they acted like its n big deal they won't refill my emagily, which i am not going on a week late. She was like I'll put a message in about it. If it wasn't for Dr. Greenberg I would leave this practice and get a new Dr.

His staff is rude and Dr. Greenberg is aware of this because I made sure he was aware. They arbitrarily changed the time of my appointment without confirming with me and when I arrived on time, they tried to lie and say that I was late. Without proof of the appointment card, they would have probably tried to charge a missed appointment fee. They were not apologetic and cared nothing about the amount of time of mine that they wasted. Then, they came up with something that must be in the category of crazy solutions, they suggested I hang around to be worked in hours later. I realize people make mistakes. I could have lived with it if they had just confessed their error. But to lie to my face and say that I was late for my appointment and then to try to convince me of that lie is outrageous treatment of a patient. There is a serious reason that a person sees a neurologist and it is not to play games with rude people. Also, part of a doctors responsibility to his patients is to ensure… that we are treated adequately by his support staff and that his office is organized. Dr. Greenberg ensures neither. If it happened to me, it could happen to you and at best he gets a poor rating.

He is not an MS specialist and not positive on how he treats MS. I am a 19 year Survivor of MS

Nice doctor however; you can wait for the appoint as long an 45 minutes pass appointment time. Staff is not forth coming. I had to call several times to find out what I should have be told 30 days prior. Moving on...

Office staff is very unprofessional. Doctors are great. This office really needs to rethink who works at the front desk. Once I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to even get an appointment and the receptionist was acting like I was interrupting her day! I have been seeing Doctors in this office for 4+ years now.

Dr Greenberg was very knowledgeable about the affects of the medications I was taking. He is also professional about referring patients for further care beyond his ability such as brain surgery to reduce/cure seizures.
