Dr. Michael Vincen Greenwell, MD

Dr. Greenwell was patient ,listened to me and went into detailed, understandable explanation of my problem, possible treatment, etc. I greatly appreciated his kind manner. Also, a professional staff. I received a follow-up phone call the next day with a lab report

I always wait way past my appoinment time to be seen. It is a pain to get someone to answer the phone half the time in the office, and to get a call back from the doctor has been over a week ( even on medical issues). I never get a call on Labs drawn in office, or test results. I have to call and try to get them my self. I dont feel that he is alays up to date on treatments, I have had his partners mention things to me in hospital visits and when I asked my doctor he knows nothing about that treatment or test. There is a BIG lack of communication I have notice. I do feel he is a nice, good doctor and never have felt rushed but would like to see things improve for suer.

Dr. Greenwell is very courteous with exceptional diagnostic skills. His attention to detail increases trust in his ability.

I don't remember how long it took meto see the doctor 2 years ago. My problem is trying to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment now. I was on hold 10 or 15 minutes then was cut off. I dialed back and timed the holding to 15 minutes when I was again cut off. This is unacceptable with me. I had also tried this morning but no one answered after 10 or so minutes so hung up. Don't know how I'll get an appointment.

All of the staff at this office are very friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr Michael Greenwell is a pleasure to deal with. Very straight forward with a detailed but easily understandable analysis of what is going on inside of me.

I asked how much is the procedure going to cost. They tell me $600. They don't tell me about the anesthesia/lab/Premier surgery/rectal enlarging. Nice work.
