Dr. Michael Leslie Gross

Went in to check multiple skin lesions that had been present more than 3 months. PA looked at it from 6 feet away and said it was one of 2 things. I requested a biopsy for confirmation, which was done. Never received any follow-up or results, so after a month, I started calling about once a week for results. Never received any callbacks (although they did later tell me a call was done one time with no answer & no message left). I kept calling once a week & finally, 2 months after my biopsy, the receptionist looked up my report and read it to me - it was neither of the 2 options initially mentioned. Still no communication from a nurse, PA or Dr. So, 2 months later, thanks to my persistence and a helpful receptionist, I had an answer at least. Thankfully it wasn't cancer - this time. Also, the pathology report described my skin lesions as 6mm; when they actually varied in size from 3 - 6 cm (much larger).

I went to Dr Gross to get a cyst remove from my shoulder. My very first under the knife event. Left me on the table while he was assisting other patients. Nurses was nice. Comes in about an hour later to do the procedure took him about 10 minute to so call remove but the lump is still there. Only prescribed pain medicine. No antibiotic or anything for healing. Had to call back on Monday because it looke like an infection. That is when they called in a prescription for antibiotics. Now I have a nasty scar. From it. Let’s just say the color of your skin really plays a part in this office.

He has been my Dr. for over 20 years & I have recommended him to many people who also think highly of him.

I have been seeing Dr. Gross for several years, and find him to be an excellent doctor. My only complaint is the same of some of the other reviews...there is no regard for your time. Because I am keep "cooling my heels" in the waiting room so long, I'm going to seek another doctor.

In the 8 years that I went to Dr. Gross' office, I only saw him twice. His Physician Assistants are excellent, though, and I was well cared for.

I had no issues with Dr. Gross. I was seen promptly and given a thorough examination, complete with pictures and diagnoses. It was up to me to schedule a follow up as this was an elective procedure.

Horrible! Plan on spending your whole afternoon in the waiting room!

Staff are rude and no manners. Dr. Gross doesn't care to take your time. Waiting took almost 2 hours. Scheduling an appointment takes 1.5 months. Renewing prescription takes 3 weeks to sign.

Scheduled me for the wrong office, won't call me back after requesting my records, doctor didn't know why I was back for an appointment when it was a one month follow up.

The doctor is pleasant; however, after waiting for an hour and a half to be seen, he spent about 3 minutes with my son and acted as if he had more pressing matters to attend to. He did not seem to care much about our concerns, he just brushed them off as nothing. Also, they burn candles in the office. I have never experienced this and would think that a doctor's office would be a sterile environment and not burning candles with no regard to patient allergies. We will not return to this physician.
