Dr. Michael Zheng Guo, MD

I never write reviews but I have to considering how badly my situation could have turned out. I went to see Dr. Guo after I was having bad headaches. He would not listen to my concerns even after pointing out the bumps on my face. Instead, he decided on random tests to give me- which involved me at his office for 3 hours. I was in so much pain that I told him I might be visiting the ER after leaving his office. He laughed in my face and told me it wasn’t an emergency! Fast forward 24 hours and I’m at the ER. The doctor there took one look at my face and told me I had shingles! I was immediately put on an antibiotic and given pain medication. I’m afraid to think about what could have happened had I listened to Dr. Guo! He does not take your concerns seriously and instead pushes random tests- probably just so he can get paid for them. Please think twice before you see this “doctor.” I am really lucky that I listened to my gut and not him!

Dr Guo is great for headache and back pain !

The staff is friendly,courteous and efficient.My wait times have Never been more than 20 min. Dr.Guo is a great doctor,gentle and listens to complaints.He has been instrumental in my recovery . I had severe back and leg pain,could only take "baby steps"from herniated and bulging discs approximately three months ago.I was reluctant to take medication so I sought out the alternative solution of acupuncture.I'm so happy I found this office.I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking relief from pain without the use of opioids.I look forward to complete recovery in the near future.Thank you!

Dr Guo fixed my back pain !

Dr Guo has been wonderful during the course of my Bell's palsy. Always attentive, caring and a terrific sense of humor, he always puts you at ease. I highly recommend him.

They are fraud trying to take extra money! They take your money up front and then tell you they will balance the bill once the insurance goes through. They then send you a bill that does not have accurate payments and charges and the total's at the bottom don't add up. They justify this buy telling you the billing system isn't accurate but the balance is right?!? Check your bills, don't just pay the balance due. Also amake sure they aren't committing fraud and chagrining you for service they didn' t complete. I wouldn't put it past them at all!

I went to Dr. Guo for treatment for TMJ. As soon as I entered the receptionist told him that there was a $60.00 co-pay and that they did not accept checks. A co-pay at the time of a visit is very unusual for my insurance but I did it anyway. The next thing I noticed was all the posters for Botox that were lining the walls. What was that about? When I did see him he was very short and asked very few questions. I did tell him I had headaches, certainly not migraines, and that my neck sometimes ached. I also told him that the TMJ was diagnosed as stress related. He wasn't very interested in my TMJ. He ordered a battery of tests without explaining why. The first two needed to be in his office. He also ordered 9 vials of blood to be taken, and an MRI and a neck x ray. The last two didn't need an explanation but the rest? When I called his office to make an appointment after the MRI and x ray for him to discuss the other tests I was told that "no" I couldn't make another appointment unless… I got the rest of the tests and that if I didn't then I should go somewhere else. What kind of doctor is unwilling to discuss the nature and reason for so many tests?

I went to Dr. Guo after a car accident. I had small tears in both of my knees. Dr. Guo ran his tests and told me my choices of treatments. I asked what he thought was best route for me. I was given shots in my knees. I left walking with no pain. I was almost healed as he also used acupuncture but then I had another accident. I’m still being treated but my pain level and being able to function is so much better. I’m thankful for Dr. Guo and his staff. Yes I have recommended Dr. Guo and I also found out he has treated three of my friends.

My mom and I have been going to Dr. Guo for many years! He and his staff are amazing! Same day appointments, all tests are done quickly and accurately. Results are read quickly also. He has gotten me out of pain many times! He greets every patient with a smile and warm bedside manner.

Doctor Guo and his staff provide caring and nurturing medical care. Doctor Guo is highly educated and is up to date in his field. I highly recommend Doctor Guo and his staff.
