Dr. Haghighi & Dr. Patel closed their practices in Jacksonville with no notice to their patients. Highly unethical abandoning patients but by doing so I found a new practice with a competent, proactive physician & professional staff.

I had an appt/ w/Patel his partner, while I was waiting, Haghighi came out and said 'I'll see u in rm ...' I responded I wasn't there to see him, I had an appt w/Patel not him, and I would wait. He said, again, I'll see u now. I refused, again I'll wait. He then got about 6 inches away from me and told me either I see him or leave. I reiterated, and said I'd wait. He then said if I didn't leave he'd call the police. I told his receptionist, please call them. He looked at her and shook his head no. He then screamed at me, and realizing he wasn't going to let me have my appt. I left. I immediately called Humana to change drs. I believe his is unwell.

To any patients wondering what happened to this doctor or why he suddenly disappeared is because he lost his medical license due to sexual misconduct.

We called the office as others did and found they are closed as well. But, records are handled by Island Doctors for some reason. You can get them by calling them in Jacksonville. They had been picking up the calls for Haghighi when you called, it may have stopped. We got ours. No problem.

Trusted Dr. and then just vanished with no notification left patients in a real predicament unable to access records to establish new Doctor. Unbelievable! Cant even find the patient Portal to get med records. Heard through a source that he was going to establish a practice in Miami... still not good busines to leave your patients hanging.. very disappointing

THE SHOCK OF MY LIFE!! Great Dr., then puff!!! He never said a word— just closed his doors!! No records!! We will see him in court for the unmentioned things Most are aware of, or effected by!! He left his loyal patients, with no time to find a new Dr! Oh NO RECORDS!! Must have them, for new Dr.!!!! So very disappointed in a Dr I TRUELY TRUSTED!!!

I went to Dr. Haghighi for a physical. The doctor never even shook my hand it seemed as if I was bothering the Dr. After two visits with the doctor. I asked for my medical records to be sent to my house so that I can go find another doctor. When I received my records (after asking several times) I discovered he had filled out this elaborate report of a physical he said he conducted on me. He never looked at throat , ears, eyes, ect. That He said that he looked at and billed my insurance for. I also learned that his license is restricted. Please do your homework before going to this doctor
