Dr. Halligan performed cardiac surgery on me. I feel very blessed that he was my chosen doctor. He Is a wealth of knowledge, very experienced, friendly and courteous, I felt very comfortable going into surgery with Dr.Halligan as my doctor.

Dr. Halligan performed a carotid endarterectomy and a triple bypass and tissue valve replacement. The latter was after congestive heart failure. You can trust this doctor for the very best heart service and repair. Imagine a tune-up after 69 years!

Dr. Michael E Halligan is a great Cardiologist Surgeon. I had a cab 4 and a 5th scraped in 2010 at age 49. I thank god everyday for Dr. Halligan !!! He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that save my life along with God's will to let me live and have 2nd chance in life. I am so thankful and blessed. He has the best bed side manners you could ask for and was very informative to my husband and family memebers with my progress. I highly recommed Dr. Halligan for anyone that has to endure Cardiovascular Surgery.

Dr Halligan has operated on me three times since 2002. I think he is a wonderful surgeon. I do not know if I would be here today if it were not for Dr halligan. He had to perform a emergency 5-way by pass surgery on me in 2002, then in 2009 he had to do a femoral artery surgery on me. During that surgery he scoped around after removing my angio seal from having stents put in and found plax hanging and opening and closing like a door. He removed the plax and told me that I was very lucky it had not broken off and moved. Less than a month ago he perfound Carodid artery surgery on me. I personaaly would not have anyone else perform surgery on me except Dr Halligan. Thanks to him I am here today.

Mike did a four way GABG on me at Eisenhower Medical center in agusta ga. sixteen years ago and I have been free of cardiac problems to date.In my opinion he is the best Cardiovascular Surgeon I have been exposed to both civilian and military.

I called his office for help with a simple one page VA Form, was told he did not fill out VA Forms. When he cared for me in 2003 I was impressed with him and today I am very disappointed that he will not help a combat veteran in need. Has he forgotten how he got here????? Very disappointed with his current attitude toward veterans.
