He's the BOMB!

My dughter was needing to have sealants on her teeth. Instead of them only putting them on her molars they put them on every tooth and then billed us because the insurance company would not pay for any but the molars. I decieded that they would get only 50 dollars a month and they turned us over to collections. This was totally their fault. I would not recommend anyone especially the military and their families. If they do this to others it is a pretty expensive mistake on their part.

I have seen Dr. Hanna for over 20 yrs with my family. He is an awesome Dentist who really puts his patients first.

I have been diagnosed with a nerve disorder called Trigeminal Neuralgia since I was 17 years old. Know this, I know that I have a very hard time getting numb at the dentist. It usually takes a while and is frustrating but will eventually happen with time. This past visit was my second visit to the office. The first time he persisted to tell me all about my disorder telling me what things happen when you have it and how it gets better with age. He obviously did not bother to even google what I had. I dont expect special treatment, but knowledge and understanding is appreciated. It is a chronic disorder, never going away, and usually gets worse with age. I walked out crying the first time because I was so upset and offended by what this man had said. I pushed my frustration to the side and went in for another appointment to have three cavities filled, very routine! I went in and he did the shots, then about 10 minutes later began the procedure. "Raise your right hand if you want me to… stop..." YEAH! I felt everything! Began crying, I was flinching, and raising my right hand... Neither him or his the tech bothered to stop and ask what was obviously wrong. I sat there the whole procedure, feeling everything, and they couldn't bother to stop talking about people going to Mars long enough to notice I was in horrible pain. He just ignored me and kept working... worst experience of my life and I urge anyone to please dont go. I have never been treated so rudely by someone and it was obvious he didnt care, he just wanted it done so he could roll the next person in, well I will not be going back .
