Dr. Hansen, born in Scottsdale, Arizona, spent much of his childhood in various mining towns in the mountains of Colorado, California, and Utah. He enjoys the outdoors and is active in his church and community. He spent two years in Paraguay as a missionary and loves South American culture.
Dr. Hansen’s wife, Heather, was raised in Edmond, where she graduated from Deer Creek High School. Dr. Hansen and Heather met while attending Utah State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology. They have four beautiful children, Jacob, Lily, Leif and Luke .
