I like Dr Harris

I was dissatisfied with Dr. Harris because of his poor communication and his failure to even look at the results of a test I performed at his instruction. His failure to communicate information relevant to me prevented me from understanding and reasoning about his medical evaluation and my situation and was frustrating.He had me wear a continuous glucose monitor, without any instruction about whether I should be logging anything or looking for anything in the data. I assumed he would review it himself and then tell me his interpretation. When I had the follow-up appointment he told me he didn't have access to the data even though the nurse had specifically set the device up to report the data to his medical office and hadn't looked it at all, and asked me to find the min and max for him, which I wasn't prepared to do. He didn't even explain that the min and max was the salient part of the data I should be paying attention to until I asked further probing questions.I did appreciate… that he listened well, was very open to questions and having a discussion about the things I brought up. He was easy to talk to and his information seemed fine. If not for the issues I stated above, I would have been happy with the appointment.

Dr. Michael Harris is very professional and I am satisfied with his care of me.
