Dr. Michael P Hassey

Meet Dr Hassey
Dr. Hassey specializes in orthodontic care for children, teenagers and adults. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University earning his chemical Engineering degree. He received his doctor of dental science degree from New York University where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was accepted into the prestigious OKU Honors Society. He then completed a one year, general practice residency program at Nevada University School of Medicine to further fine tune his skills before continuing on to his Orthodontic residency. He completed his three year orthodontic residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
Outside the Office
Dr. Hassey has an intense interest in the benefits of xylitol. He has done extensive research on this topic and has published articles regarding the many health benefits from this natural substance. He has participated in several radio interviews on both the local and international level to share his knowledge …and educate the public. He is always happy to share the benefits of adding this natural substance with his patients. 
Dr. Hassey is very involved in the community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and with the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys his spare time at the beach, biking, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is happily married to Hollie, and they have two children Jonathan and Avianna.
