When I arrived none of the receptionists was wearing their masks properly (under their chin) and one was not wearing one at all. There were 3 people waiting for an appointment and none of them were wearing masks either. I asked the receptionist about this stating that the IL mandate for all public businesses to required face coverings. She said all of the employees wear them however they do not require their patients to. Once I sat down away from the other patients Dr. Hausch came out of his office and he was not wearing a mask either. I walked out, I would rather be in terrible pain than risk my son's health. I should not have to explain myself but I have a son with cancer and have spent the past 4 months in hospitals and Dr. offices and there is NO reason why people can not use face coverings while in an HCP office. It is a reasonable expectation given the current state of COVID-19.
