Terrible attitude. Terrible bed side manner and a smart ssa

He was a very good pediatrics to me and my brother now he's my kid's pediatrics

I absolutely love Dr. Haydel and so does my mom... he was actually my pediatrician when I was growing up, and I can remember going into that office as a kid feeling so much love, and he hasn't changed one bit. He knows what he is doing and his diagnosis are "ALWAYS" correct. He has a great big heart and his love and passion for his work and patients is unexplainable. His after hours line is amazing...if you have a true emergency or urgent situation and you call the after hours line...the nurse on duty will gather your information and give him your message and he will call you right back within minutes if not seconds or you will be given his home or cell phone number and he or someone in his family will pick up and he will instruct you on exactly what to do and how, and you can bet your last dollar that it will work. The staff is amazing, those ladies in that office take great pride in making sure that the kids and their parents feel welcomed and well taken care of. I wouldn't take my… kids to any other pediatrician in the state of Louisiana. I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND DOCTOR MICAHEL P. HAYDEL ROCKS!!!!!

I can never forget Dr. Michael Haydel. If it wasn't for him, I would not have my 23 yr. old son. My baby was born with problems, but no one recognized it. We went home and the problems got worse. On the 17th night I spoke with Dr. Haydel on the phone. He told me to go to the ER immediately and he would meet us there. My baby was severely sick and would have died if Dr. Haydel had not been the one to call me back that night. He listened to me and acted immediately!!!

Dr. Haydel is the best pediatrician my daughter has ever had. I've been to others and they want you to try a million things before they give you what is actually needed to cure your child. He doesn't make you go through all that he knows just off hand what medicines to give your child or children(once he examines them) and it works everytime. Me, myself i lonve the staff they're great w/ the kids no matter what age and also with the parents. I put 15 mins. as the wait tiime but it depends because they have so many patients (especially in the morning) I like to go early (the earliest i can go) because its easier for me but if your appt. is for 9am and you're there on time you will be seen either before/at your appt. time......I'm never going to switch pediatricians again!!!

28 years ago I had found Dr. Haydel when my first child was born. He is wonderful! One evening I called his office to leave him a message and the answering service put him right through to his house, he answered the phone while in the bathtub! He met me at the ER and took care of my daughter as if she was his own. Now she has a four year old and a newborn and wouldn't think of taking them to anyone else even though she lives across the river. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Haydel.
