Not the type of care that one expects. Enters the room, doesn't even bother to look at your skin to figure out what is wrong, prescribes and then tells you to comeback and see a nurse. I should have read the reviews. It is exactly as others have experience it: Feels rushed and doesn't care and/or doesn't take the time to properly diagnose the disease.

I enjoyed . everything about my visit and treatment. The drive over there from Moline area, however was a test of my nerves. Too much construction and detours.

His nurse was very unfriendly. Dr. Hayes and his nurse made me feel very uncomfortable and ashamed that I was there to ask questions. Got in my car and cryed.

I came to get a biopsy of an evolving mole and was a little worried I would wait forever in the waiting room, because the waiting room was full. I was called to be seen almost immediately after I sat down! The nurse was friendly and Dr. Hayes was, too. The biopsy was quick and literally painless, and I was scheduled for a follow-up only 2 weeks later! Fantastic experience.

Everyone from receptionist Bridget to nurse Michelle & the Dr sorry can't remember his name & he told me 3 times was professional very kind & caring it was a good experience

I came in for a rash from an allergic reaction. From check-in to check-out all involved had a great degree of care and concern for me even though it was a minor thing. Very impressed

I had to wait a long time. Wasn't very friendly I felt rushed he didn't check me for any of the symptoms I was talking about with the itching of my back head and chest not even five minutes and he told to come back in a few weeks and have somebody else look at me not a doctor. Felt like I was just being passed on to somebody else he don't want to deal with with it. Went to another dermatologist and and 15 minutes found out what the problem was and now I'm feeling much better no thanks to dr. Hayes

Kind of skin doctor doesn't even look at your skin to find out what allergies you have in and out in 5 minutes

Very very disappointed. Didn't even check my skin to see what was wrong. Just a few prescriptions prescriptions and sent me on my way
