Dr. Michael Daniel Henderson

Office building looked like it was closed and for lease. QTC/VA could not get a hold of him since I had an appointment and took time off work. After reading all the reviews I'm glad he wasn't there. I specifically requested not to see this doctor.

This is the worse Doctor I’ve have ever been to. I went to him for VA C&P exam and he absolutely did not know what he was doing! He’s is rude, doesn’t take the time to evaluate his patient. Told me he was not going to read my medical records to obtain my past history of medical problems for what he was supposed to be evaluating me for, made fun of my walker calling it a Cadillac, then after I left his office located on the second floor he made me hobble back to his office after yelling off the balcony that he forgot to measure my surgical scars. Instead of him walking his butt down to the first floor he said “Get back up here”! Did not ask me one question about my work abilities or daily physical activities, yet made a determination of my capabilities without ever taking the time to evaluate me. If you are referred to this inept D.O, by the Veteran Affairs or QTC request to see someone else! I’ve worked with many Physicians over my 30 year career in the medical field and most… were good but this guy just doesn’t care... at all! Hopefully he doesn’t treat his regular patients like that. The VA and QTC should stop using this guy!

I'm not impressed by this Dr. at all. I went for a Interview for Disability Insurance for Social Security and he just didn't seem to care what 2 other Dr.'s findings of my condition were, just his examination for what seems to be in the favor for the Government; the people that pay him. His questions weren't clear and seemed to get frustrated because I didn't understand. He seemed very frustrated and non-professional with what he was doing. I thought I was there to be interviewed for my condition, but felt more like I was being interrogated and with him not believing in my answers and/or issues. There's no staff at his Bend location or anyone there to let the Dr. know your waiting in his waiting room. You have to knock on a door with his name on it to be greeted by him, very unprofessional. P.S.: Don't listen to story about Christopher Reeves (SuperMan), it has nothing to do with your issues. I answered his questions the best I could with The Truth , I'm in Pain !

Good Dr. and nice person as a Doctor. I am please with him as my personal Dr. Listens and thinks on how to deal with health problems. Never seems in a rush give me time as needed.

Dr. Henderson had read my file and knew about my medical history before I arrived. He spent almost a full hour reviewing it with me and asking me questions about what treatments had and had not worked.
