Dr. Henry is absolutely the best... His patience and bedside manners will make you feel like you're more than a patient but a friend/family member... The Nurse's are compassionate and caring. The best people to have in your corner during such a hard time.

I went to Dr Henry and he seemed nice, staff was nice, appts usually were not a long wait but where my concern is and warning to you is this...after a few months of treatment and no success dr upped the medicine dosage quite a bit but instead of having me to come in for bloodwork in x amount of days for a pregnancy test as previously did all the other treatment cycles I was told this time just to take a home pregnancy test. It showed negative when in fact I was pregnant but it was an ectopic pregnancy and when several days later after the home test I had extreme stomach pain, passed out multiple times and finally got to ER the dr was afraid I would not make it due to all the blood loss. He was afraid he was going to lose me on the table. And of course I lost the baby. If normal protocol would have been followed I would have been spared a lot of trauma! I went thru emergency surgery on Christmas Eve and depression and panic attacks followed for months afterwards. I do realize dr could… not have saved the baby since it was in my tubes but if early detection by bloodwork had been done as all other previous months during treatment my health would be much better today! Very disappointed!

Dr. Henry and his entire staff are amazing! With their help, we now have two little ones to chase around. Dr. Henry is very caring and very straight forward. He is willing to walk you through his thought process on why he recommends a course of action which really made me feel at ease. His nurses are awesome and do a great job communicating the plan and answering any questions you may have.

You couldn't choose a better clinic than Henry Fertility. Dr. Henry, the nurses, and office staff are all wonderful. The best part is that they take the time to get to know you as a person. You never feel like just a patient or a number. It had no trouble getting an initial consultation and never had any problems scheduling subsequent appointments. Wait time in the office was always minimal which was appreciated. Dr. Henry is always very honest and sincere when answering your questions and suggesting treatment plans. During my IVF round, the nurses were always quick to answer emails or texts. We are so grateful for the quality care and treatment that we received at Henry Fertility! Thank you for making our dreams come true by helping us conceive our miracle baby!

Can't recommend them enough! The sweetest & most knowledgeable staff you'll find out there! They went above and beyond on numerous occasions! Dr. Henry is amazing & makes you feel so comfortable! My husband & I couldn't thank them enough! We were so fortunate to have to twin boys! I told the staff what an amazing way to spend their lives... making peoples dreams come true!! We have the happiest, healthiest, & sweetest babies ever!!

Dr. Henry took the time to understand my history and answer all of my questions. He allowed me to dictate the pace of treatment and I felt like he told me what to expect at each stage. He took my infertility seriously but also has a dry humor that lightens the mood which was nice. I have recommended him to friends. The wait time can be long but worth it for a dr that is good at what he does.

As I'm writing this, I'm in a waiting room of angry patients who were all given 7:30 appointments and not told it was basically first come first serve. We've been waiting an hour and a half and none of us brought work to do because we were under the impression we were the first appointment of the day. One miscommunication is forgivable, but earlier this week I was scheduled for a procedure and the Dr.Henry had no idea. When the hospital paged him, he was at home. I had rescheduled my whole day around this appointment, gotten additional child care and my husband had taken the morning off from work. How inconsiderate of him and his office. I don't think my time is any more important than his, but I do think it is just as important and need a doctor who feels the same way so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh yes, and I forgot to mention that the pharmacy the practice recommended was more expensive and sent me the wrong medication. If you value your time, look for another… doctor.
