I have been with Dr. Herbowy for some 6 -7 yrs. He is consistently kind and compassionate. He listens and speaks clearly. The whole staff measures up as well, as I have landed with his PA on my last couple of annual visits. Picking a primary can be a roll of the dice. I had a lucky roll.

I have been a patient for 20 years and sad to say since he hired a PG named stacy( not to be confused with his long time Stacy) his practice and patients left in droves- The practice changed,he no longer was the same doctor. She would constantly be close by watching and listening, I don't know what was going on but this was not the place for me. I was sad to leave but have often wondered why he let this very young girl so run his long time practice. Some of those changes were harmful to all patients. SAD-

Every single month there is a problem with getting my medication, their is always at least one medication that is overlooked/denied for the wrong reasons and it takes me 2 days to finally get the doctors to understand that it should have been filled. Being of these medications for even a day puts my life in jeopardy. No pets option refills on weekends/no real doctor to talk to when I need my medications. This has happened EVERY single time I have went to have my prescriptions filled. My past doctors have never had a problem with this.

Dr. Herbowy is spot on with his care, concern and diagnosis. I have not been taken care of like this in years and I am so thankful. He comes in the room prepared and cares very much. Isn't staring at his computer and ignoring the patient like so many are these days

Felt very much like I was just there to get in and out and move on to the next. I have some serious medical issues and the PAs give me more time than Dr. Hebowy did.
