I have been a patient of Dr Hess for several years he has always been great. His entire staff has been so wonderful. He is replacing a bridge that another dentist put in and he made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I have recommended him to family and friends. I give him 5 stars

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and would have absolutely sent your denture back to the lab for a remake at no cost. We stand by our, and lab's, work with confidence and even though we do not live in a perfect world and these issues are bound to happen over the decades with the amount of patients we treat, we work tirelessly to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved. after 1 1/2 year the denture made for me cracked in two. I would never recommend him
