Dr. Michael Richard Higginbotham, MD

Amazing and the best doesn't even begin to describe Dr. Higginbotham and his staff. I had a wonderful experience from scheduling my initial consultation all the way to going home after my surgery. The staff were all very friendly and accommading with my chaotic work/school schedule. They fit me in for my consultation with dr. Higginbotham as the last appointment for the day. He didn't rush me or make me feel pressured at all, he was very patient, took all the time needed to answer ALL of my questions and was very honest. He was the second dr. I went for a consultation with, and I'm very glad I did! The receptionist was all very nice about looking up both of my insurances to see what the best option would be and thoroughly explaining to me how each worked. The day of my surgery, again all the staff were very friendly and took their time explaining everything. Dr. H asked if I had any other questions or concerns before beginning. Afterwards I expected to look like a chipmunk and have a… ton of bruising (since all 4 wisdom teeth were impacted), but nothing. Just some slight bleeding. I know every case is different, but the outcome far exceeded my expectations, and I am confident it is because of Dr. Higginbotham's expertise. They all really stressed that they were there for me should I have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing a dental procedure done.

Had two back teeth removed this morning. What a great office and fabulous doctor! They took lots of time to explain why what needed to be done needed to be done, and what to expect. I was also stronly encouraged to call the office if I had ANY problems.
