I evaluate customer - and patient - experiences for a living, and nothing gives me greater pleasure than to experience great skills, service and compassion in action firsthand. Dr. Holtel is extremely competent, but also very down to earth, respectful and compassionate. This was my third ear surgery, and was really quite involved. The surgery went perfectly, the recovery is fast, and I can now hear better than I have in decades (which will take some adjusting to get used to all the new sounds!!), and I am so grateful for him and his team. Doc excised my mucoepidermoid carcinoma and closed it with a flap from the inside of my cheek (pardon my non-medical terminology). I had a smooth surgery, loved the surgical team, loved the team at the doctors office, had a very pleasant experience and a fast recovery. Don't plan on having cancer again but will go back to him for any other ENT issues.

Dr. was very good at explaining what to expect, he was very confident that was going to be fine and the outcome was great, I had Encapsulated Papillary Carcinoma of the Thyroid Gland. 2 surgeries in 2 months, and minimal scar left. He did very well and I highly recommend Dr. Holtel.
