Dr. Michael Holwell, DO

Dr. Michael Holwell is a really good doctor. He is very easy to talk to. He has now left the practice in Collingswood and they tell me they don't know where he is. Can you tell me if he is listed with another practice at this time? I really would like to locate him. Thanks.

I have been a patient for the last 2 years and live coming to Dr Holwell. The office its self is a nightmare and the only thing that keeps me going back is him. Now the office isnt telling people that he is no longer there. Coming up with different excuses. This is very frustrating and they get angry when you ask for him. I hope to find were he is now.

I’ve been a patient for a long time. I am a non confrontational, pretty laid back person. The women that work the desk are awful! They are so rude and always act as if you are bothering them. One impartial is Deirdre. She was so rude to me that I asked her to have the doctor call me and she never gave him the message. On my next appointment I’ll be sure to talk to the doctor about it. I will also be sure to talk to Dr. Stag to make sure he is aware of how the patients get treated. I sat in the waiting room 1 time when a man came in because the script the dr wrote wasn’t covered by his insurance, they told him there would be a $25.00 charge to talk to the dr. I felt so bad for him. She was so nasty to him as she told him this. I am not the only one who notices this! I know people that work for other doctors and dread when they need something from this office. They aren’t only rude to patients but to other doctor offices. I find it hard to believe that the doctors allow it to continue.… They need to clean house and get all new employees that are trained in customer service. Very sad. Great doctors terrible rude women in the staff.

The receptionist that answers the phones is unbelievably rude. After being yelled at, insulted, and hung up on during a routine call regarding medication refills, I no longer feel comfortable being a patient there because of her. Such a shame because Dr. Holwell is a terrific doctor.

Finally found a doc who listens to me and doesn't just push another pill to wash his hands of your issues. Very caring and helpful man!

I never mind if there's a wait as we all want the doctor to spend time with us - Dr. Holwell does just that. I never feel rushed and he always takes the time to make sure that I've asked any questions I may have. I've been going to Dr. Stagliano's office for over 30 years and have had Dr. Holwell for the last several years. Terrific doctor!

I've been going to Dr Holwell for years. He is not just my primary care physician, he is my friend. I trust him implicitly. Great guy.

I don't mind waiting to see my Dr. cause I know that he will give me as much time as I need as he did the person before me.

Dr. Holwell was great and patient And caring. But the staff is terrible, like the woman with the big hair rushes you out.

The staff is a wonderful staff they work so hard taking care of ungrateful people they give each patient more respect then some of the trash that comes into the office deserves they are a hard working bunch of girls so to the people that talk bad about them are just nasty and probably owe the office money.
