Dr. Michael John Homerick, MD

God, where do I even begin. Dr.Homerick has changed my life in so many ways I can’t even begin to explain it. He saved my life and he cured my blindness. I owe him everything, including this 5 star review.

Poor bedside manner; disconnected and basically just the rudest Dr. I have ever been to see. Dr.'s like this, are the reason I never want to go to the hospital and will rather die at home to avoid such an assumptive Jerk again. HORRIBLE

I came in the ER because I had been temporarily blind. It came on very fast and I was panicking. Dr. Homerick told me that they did not have any equipment at the Palm Bay Hospital and that I could leave and go to Holmes Regional. He gave me some Tylenol and said there was nothing more he could do. I ended up calling my regular eye doctor while I was in the hospital room and my eye doctor agreed to see me at his office. Dr. Homerick discharged me stating I had conjunctivitis (by the way he had no idea what was wrong not did I have any discharge at all) and that was it until I received his $500 doctor bill. (Not the hospital bill, which was an additional $500). It must be nice to be paid that much and have no idea what is wrong with the patient and diagnose them with anything. It ended up being poison from a milk weed plant.
