Dr. Michael Howard has provided dental care to the Marietta community for over 20 years. A 1981 alumnus of prestigious Emory University School of Dentistry, Dr. Howard graduated with the honor of being the only student in his class to receive the International College of Dentists Outstanding Achievement Award. He was also the first graduate invited to join the teaching staff of Emory's Department of Crown and Bridge immediately after graduation.
Dr. Howard embraces new technologies that can improve his patients' oral healthcare experience. The first dentist in Cobb County to adopt laser technology for cavity removal, he is a certified member of the American Academy of Laser Dentistry. He's also a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Northwest District Dental Society of Georgia. Dr. Howard actively pursues continuing education and stays current with advances in dental technology to offer outstanding patient care.

Dr. Howard's friendly staff includes two registered dental hygienists, three dental assistants, a receptionist, an administrative assistant, and his long-time office manager, Marie . Dr Howard has been my dentist for over 25yrs. I can honestly say he is the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever seen. My smile is flawless after he fixed my upper and lower front teeth with cosmetic crowns. The office is the cleanest and most beautiful doctors office ...his staff make you feel like family!

Been looking for a good dentist for a while-I've finally found one in west Cobb-Dr. Howard, DDS. Beautiful office, caring & wonderful staff along with a dental spa like experience. Had my 1st appointment with this office the other day and it was the best dental checkup and cleaning (Great hygienist) that I've had in over 20 years-WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Dr Howard is a perfectionist and runs his practice like a tight ship. He is an amazing dentist/craftsman who creates restorations that are perfect - you have no idea they ARE restorations. He is generous with his time and he provides results of the highest magnitude. I have used him since 1988 and now travel hours to see him because I trust him and know I will end up with great results. His entire staff is amazing from the front desk, hygienists and assistants. It is truly wonderful to have someone you can trust completely to do what is right and know the results will be as good as possible. Further, you are treated like a King and know you are a valued patient. As I mentioned, I travel hours now to use his practice. I know there are many great dentists...I just don't believe any greater.

Dr Howard and his staff go above and beyond to guarantee the comfort of their patients. I had my first filling there, and he explained everything he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. I would recommend his office to anyone who might be anxious about dentists, because you won't be after going here.

Dr. Howard has been my dentists since I was 18 and that was 31 years ago. His staff and office are great, but I keep going back to Dr. Howard because he is gentle and I trust his work. I actually live in a different state now and have to get my teeth cleaned here out of convenience, but anytime I need dental work, I fly back to Georgia to see Dr. Howard. I'll never have as much trust and confidence in someone else as I do him!

I have despised going to the dentist my whole life and put it off for many years. I received a flier for dr. Howard and decided to give him a try. His office staff is so nice! The hygienists are gentle and thorough. And Dr. Howard is so kind and compassionate. He is soft spoken, has a relaxing demeanor, and does his best to keep you calm and pain free. I love them all!

I despise going to the dentist! But Dr. Howard is absolutely incredible, I can't say enough about his skill and "bedside manner" he is so kind and comforting! The office staff is the BEST also, and they have been with him forever which speaks volumes for him. I totally recommend!!
