Very caring and knowledgeable!

Dr. Humphrey is the best. He was very patient and caring wanting to get to the root of my problems. He called me in the evening to inform me of my test results and wanted to schedule me to see a neurologist for another problem he noticed. He is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. He is very thorough and professional.

He is never in a rush, he talks to you like you are human and not a number, very careing, he will get his point across and he will let you know, when my A-1c went down from 9.4 to 7.3 he called to tell me how happy he was with my progress, not many Drs would do that, and his PAs are just like him,

I stopped seeing Dr. Humphrey some time ago. I was referred to him through the free clinic at first. I would wait up to 4 hours to see him. Then I got insurance and boom I was in and out in a flash. I was having rapid wait gain and all he would tell me as "Quit eating like an American". He would not listen to me and he would not believe me when I tried to tell him how little I was eating. I switched doctors and found out that he was over medicating me. In his arrogance, it never occurred to him to follow up on the lab work. Anyway, I have a wonderful new doctor who has me on the proper dosage of meds and I am doing much better!!! Now I can "Eat like an American", if I want to without gaining 20 pounds!
