Dr. Michael Robert Iannotti, MD

Dr Michael iannotti was aggressive and mean. After being told we might not be tested after waiting for two hours I asked why they couldn’t have just told us that earlier. Then, Dr iannotti raised his voice and physically moved towards me, he told me he wanted me to leave. It was the way that he aggressive moved into my personal space and got in my face with his raised voice that made me feel frighted. He is a bully and my guess is he has a very short fuse. I am concerned that his mental health is not in a good place and that he will continue to lash out at patients. Worst part, he did this in front of my 13 year old daughter.

I have seen Dr. Iannotti for years. I find him personable, knowledgeable and professional. His office staff was considerate and attentive. Office was older and very dated. He is opening a brand new practice, which I intend to check out as it will be combined with a medical spa!

First, the waiting room and whole office are gross and outdated. Second, the staff treats patients horribly. The hour + wait in the exam room all 4 times I've been there is torture. The Dr is always hurried, talks too fast and doesn't care if you are following what he says. There is no follow up. This was worse than VA appointments. I would be ashamed of myself if I worked here. P.S. wash your hands.

I was scheduled for a 330 appt showed 15 minutes early, the staff did not have blood test results, overhear staff say dr could see others before me as it as only condition x and then did not provide a gown which I needed for appt. I waited 1 hour 40 minutes, and finally left without seeing dr. When I told staff I was leaving due to wait etc they acted like no big deal. I had to take sick time to visit with this dr and for what! WHAT ARROGANCE!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Iannotti for about the half the time he's been practicing and I've seen him grow as a physician. He's very thorough and accurate, he makes sure everything's been addressed during an appointment. He is a bit hard to get close to personally because he's more task-oriented than people-oriented, from my experience. He has a good heart but will take some time for it to show. My only complaint is not with him, but his office. The wait is always long - always. The office staff used to be very nice but there's been a turnover in the last couple years and I don't think the new front desk people are as personable. His medical assistant is competent and pleasant, tho. I have no plans to change doctors, as I think Dr. Iannotti is good.

Dr. Ianotti is a very knowledgable guy and I like his personality. Regardless, waiting over an hour in the exam room with my four year old climbing the walls was akin to torture. Now I can't get a call back from him and am forced to deal with his assistant, walking her through the plan of action that Dr. Iannotti and I discussed, but that was apparently not made a part of my record. Fun. Sorry, Doc, gonna have to try somebody else.

My annual check-up was done in March. Although I was taken back fairly quickley, I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes. Dr. Iannati had no greeting other than "What are you here for today?"He was very rushed, blunt, and did NOT give me any time to ask questions. I was given my Rx's with a "See Ya" bye.I have always had difficulty with getting his staff to return phone calls. Although the message is clearly stated they have 24-48 hrs to get back to you, it literally takes weeks. And several more phone calls. I have researched out other Drs. and have seen two and really did not find either much better. I feel the Medical Profession itself is the part of the problem.

I consistently wait more than an hour past my scheduled appointment. Then Dr. Iannotti is rushed and unhelpful. I feel like he does not hear me or want to help me.

The wait times at Family Medicine can be excruciating. Sometimes up to an hour. I think this is due to poor and over scheduling, rather than attributable directly to the doctor.

Very judgmental, spent all of three minutes with me and gave diagnoses that was wrong. This guy is incompetent and just doesn't care about people, especially those on Medicaid!!
