The physician came straight in the room and told me “you need to take this covid-19 more serious!” So I’m shocked because who does that and I am a patient. I’m here because I don’t feel well. I went to the Ochsner on Lapalco Blvd in Marrero due to tachycardia. My heart was beating too Fast, over 100 bpm. I have a history of panic attacks and I made the staff aware of this. Instead you come in to make a ridiculous statement like that which was very unethical and I’m assuming he assumed I still smoke cigarettes because it was in my chart from the past. I quit smoking altogether so again I dnt understand. He recommended therapy for a patient who has a history of anxiety. I didn’t like his tone or anything about the experience. I feel like my patient rights were violated and I will never go to that Ochsner if I know that he is the M.D. for that night! I’m gonna pray for him and the Nurse Cindy Colbert because she spoke to me as if I was cognitively slow or something as well as stretched… her eyes, kind of rolled them and shook her head. If those particular staff members didn’t wanna be at work perhaps they should have called in but treating patients like that is unacceptable.

I don't recall meeting Dr Isabelle when I visited Terrebonne general medical center emergency room with a stomach virus. I was sick though. I do know I received a bill the my insurance didn't cover and I jumped in my car and drove down to tgmc to stroke a check and settle up my balance. I was feeling much better than the last time I was there and was grateful to all who made that possible. I certainly wanted to pay my share to all those who helped. Months have passed and I receive a bill from a debt collector in the amount of $44.66. Now I know I left my phone number and address( obviously , because collecting agency had it) when I checked into er. After spending half a day on the phone. I finally found this bill was for the good Dr Isabelle. REALLY Dr Isabelle , I simple bill would have done. I wrote a chk to tgmc for $1400.00. Your little $44.67 isn't a problem. The fact that I have been put in collection for it is. For that sir you are a pos. I would tell patients who might have… been treated where the good Dr Isabelle works to watch out for bills after they think they have paid all balances. Apparently the good Dr Isabelle and his office staff are above or to busy for a letter or phone call. To busy putting people in collections for a petty 44 dollars. Beware all patients
