I sincerely wish I had read more reviews prior to even considering this office. Total waste of my time. I needed new dentures. Referred here by my insurance. But Noooo (at time of visit) was told they do not (actually) accept my insurance. Also (at time of visit completion) I'm informed they required $148 payment, not the previously quoted $128 (quoted upon arrival at the front desk). Didn't matter to them that for in-network providers I have $0 co-pay. I am a health professional and am thorough in my questioning prior to making appointments. Absolutely not impressed. Upon my repeated inquiries over the last 10 months, have been told a different story each time. BUYER BEWARE.

Tried 3 times to get an appointment set for full dentures. Nothing but canned responses that they would contact me shortly. I contacted another provider Thursday, got immediate response and have an appointment for no charge consult on Monday...just 3 days! Wasted 10 days trying to get Jacobsens office to even contact me.

I was referred to Dr. Jacobson by my regular dentist for a second opinion. Dr. Jacobson said that my dentist was very young which he is but he said I can take care of all that stuff here and I said I'll go back to my dentist. He said again I can do that here and ordered an x Ray. I said I will go back to my dentist and left. When I checked out they said I would have to pay 133.00. that's their policy. I complained that they never told me when I scheduled this appt. that I was going to have to pay my bill. They said that's our policy you get the check back from the insurance company. Well I got the papers from the insurance today he's not even on the insurance stuff that's why he charges everybody right there. Not happy Not getting my money back.

Very dissapointed. Willing to pay higher cost for a specialist and expected excellence. Lower partial denture was poor quality and poor fit. Having dental work redone elsewhere.
