Dr Jaloweic is an excellent Dr. We have been under his care for many years and is very compassionate and understanding.

I always see Dr.mike he is very nice takes his time. I have been going there for about 7 yrs now. Sometimes when i have to make an evening call he calls me back. Very clean office, drs worker's can be a little nicer.

It is impossible to ever speak to an actual person(on any of their 6 extensions)when calling the office, takes the staff a very long time to respond and when they do they always have an attitude. They are also inefficient at calling in prescriptions and their answering service is useless, it is hard to understand the girls that answer that phone line- they sound intoxicated. The doctor does not spend but two minutes IF you even get to see him and not his PA, whom I have had to see my past two visits, did not even think the doctor was in the office, waiting room was overcrowded with sick people as well. Do not spend your money or place your health in the hands of this Doctor's office

I'm guessing the high praise for this doctor was posted by the office staff, or even himself.This office is very indifferent to the welfare of his patients. Forget getting any refills on time. Get used to days without any meds because they don't respond to messages and make you get a script they day after you run out, at the earliest. Hope you don't work, cuz you have no choice but to go that day.I was severely hurt following a car accident and he was my primary doctor. He would rush through my appt, and just write any prescription to get me out the door. The office even failed to send one lousy form required for my long-term disability. The company kept sending me, and his office, a warning that my claim would be denied if he wouldn't answer any questions about my case. When the deadline was 1 week away I pleaded with him for one last time to please fax the paper or I would lose my home and car and he promised. He NEVER did. They don't care!! I lost everything because no one in that… whole office would place a sheet of paper in a fax machine?? Please seek a doctor away from this office if you want a REAL caring doctor.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mike for a number of years. The care that has been extended to both of us has been exceptional. Dr. Mike is very caring and has always been there to provide us with great care! The office staff is also very helpful especially Sandy and Joyce. Insurance can be so confusing especially prescription coverage and the girls have been great about assisting us. In this face paced world we are not treated like a number when we visit Dr. Mike we are treated with kindness and never rushed. We discuss treatment plan and also follow up. Would never go elsewhere.

I would recommend anyone to this physician. He is a true "patient-oriented" doctor. He always listens and never hurries me out of the office, even when I feel like talking a little too much!
