Just knowing he listened to me was great but the fact he addressed my situation and has been able to continue my ongoing problem solving as needed has made it seem as if he had saved my life.

I had a wonderful experience with Doctor James. He was very polite and attentive. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He explained my issue and the procedure he would perform. He is a real gentleman. My procedure was performed yesterday and I'm very pleased. I will be seeing him in the foreseeable future and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I had a colonoscopy with Dr James which went well until 7 hours later when I got chills and fever. I went to the emergency room with a raging bacterial infection and a cat scan showed a scrape and infection where a polyp was removed. After antibiotics, etc, I was finally released after two days and told to rest for 5 days.

Outstanding physician.

Dr James was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the staff was great! I have complete trust in the doctor and will continue to be his patient as long as he is available to treat patients.

he was terrible he told me that my probelems were all in my head and that i should just take pills to fix my problems and that there was nothing that he could do about it and he did even do any tests on me just that i was basically crazy and making all my problems up even tho i have had them for years and been to many doc who know i have health issues and help me thro them he offered no help to me

My over all impression of this office is already poor; and I have only spoken to the front office staff! Being in the healthcare field I know how important it is to have good customer service. Aside from customer service- it is so obvious to a patient whether or not you care. It is really obvious to me that this staff does not care- as imparted by the tone of their voices, and how they cut you off when you are speaking. I will be looking for a an alternative doctor's office for my care. Any office manager worth their salt would address the "niceness" factor; or lack thereof with the front office staff.

Do not trust this man! He too has an inflated ego,he acts entitled, He acts as though he has it all figured out.The guy has the intelligence of a fruit fly.He comes in all knowing, he asks you questions to only answer them himself. He's indecisive and untrustworthy.I hope you get to find out what it's like to live your life around a toilet,the hemorrhoids, the lack of sleep,the scary weight loss, have your butt so raw that the thought of having to wipe it again makes you cry,the blood, pain,nausea,lack of appetite, fatigue to the point of not being able to stand,the pills,having to take Imodium as a chaser after every meal,and then to top it off I hope you get a dr like you.
