On my first phone call to get an appointment I found the female person (appointment maker) was rude and talked down to me. She made it sound as if she was doing me a great favor by allowing me to have any appointment at all. I found this strange* I had to cancel my first appointment since I was dealing with "severe pain " torn shoulder/ and other personal reasons. I was only able to reach an answering service....When I received a call back from this "female person" who sets appointments. She said and I quote. " When people cancel appointments we do not give them another ( we do not see them) - but I will make an exception this time. " I could go on and on about this statement but suffice to say that this attitude is in and of itself (self serving) ( inconsiderate of peoples personal situations) and down right rude and disgusting. I went ahead and made the "gracious appointment" that was afforded me / but I must say - I am skeptical of the fact that{ the apple may not fall far from the… tree} , meaning this Doctor may be as arrogant and careless as her secretary, in which case I will have wasted my time and money. * Feel free to respond < Doctor Baptiste >you have my phone number.

Dr. Baptiste refused to renew my prescription that has worked fine for over 20 years with my previous doc who retired. Other medical professionals tell me that abandoning me without a renewal to tide me over before finding a replacement is against the law. I am a senior citizen. He inquired about my post-partum depression at our first meeting. Ridiculous.
