Dr. Jedrzynski is a great doctor! He is professional, does an excellent job, and takes the time to listen to you and explain any concerns you may have. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Jedrzynski and his office staff. Thank you all!

It is not uncommon for a wrong procedure number to be assigned to a treatment. Usually the front desk people will correct this after talking with the doctor. The myriad of numberws and benefits can be confusing so don't assume the doctor is trying to cheat you by this happening. A former front desk manager.

I had eye procedures repairing drooping eye lids done by Dr Michael Jedrzynski. Surgery was scheduled over 2 months ahead of surgery date. Yet, one week ahead of the surgery date, Dr. Jedrzynski’s office called to tell me one of the procedures was not covered by my insurance company and asked if I’d elect to do it and pay out-of-pocket. The fees would be $600 for Dr. Jedrzynski, $250 for surgery center, and another $100 for anesthesiologist, total $950. Due to the approaching surgery date, I complied. Only after surgery when I received Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company, I realized Dr Jedrzynski billed the insurance on a less expensive procedure (muscle tightening) which he was paid $264 by insurance contract, but had me pay him $600 out of pocket on a more expensive procedure (skin removal) which my insurance company had previously approved and would pay him $568, but it would only allow one or the other. I talked to the billing person Judy to ask why I had to… pay out of pocket for the more expensive procedure beside to maximize the payments to the doctors and the surgery center, I did not get any reasonable answers and was told our conversation was not getting anywhere . Beside $950 payment in advance, total amount of $9,040 was submitted to my insurance company for medical claims for an otherwise simple surgery which some ophthalmologists perform right in their office. Except for $750 for anesthesiologist still being reviewed, I am due to pay another $826 as my co-payments. Bottom line - I don’t mind paying my proper shares of co-payments if the billing had been done properly, but instead I find the billing practice in this office unethical.

Had two surgeries to correct Ptosis - droopy eyelid. Neither were successful. No follow-up, or care, or concern. I must live like this the rest of my life. It bothers me daily. Care for the patient is not apparent by surgeon nor office staff. Some care is apparent before the surgery but after.....no. I am left with: "oh well - some surgeries are more successful than others." Perhaps the results is because you rub you eyes. I do not. Very disappointing. Very sad.

Mr. J. is one of the worst doctors I dealt with in 15 years. The secretary he hired is also one of the worst I have dealt with because she missed evaluated my situation and the reasons why I needed the work done. I had already had him do some work on my eyelids and at first I thought he did a good job. Then, I noticed a red mark or discoloring where he had made the incision on one of my eyelids. I brought it to his attention and he invited me into his office for inspection. He said that red mark SHOULD go away in a relatively short period of time. Well, it's been several years and that red mark is still there! I called him up and told him about it and he said if you'd like you can come in I'll look at it again. And I did and he said there is nothing he can do about it. So why do people think he's the best in the business?!!!!!!

Dr Jedrzynski is highly skilled and very caring. He made my ugly, old-looking eyes beautiful again!
