Meet Dr. Michael Johnson
Dr. Michael Johnson is a native of Bellevue and a graduate of the University of Washington Dental School. After graduating from UW in 1982, he completed a general dental residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. From 1983 to 1989, Dr. Johnson practiced privately in Seattle while serving as an Associate Clinical Professor at the UW Dental School.
Dr. Johnson’s passion for creative challenge and a desire to help people with extraordinary dental problems inspired him to specialize in reconstructive dentistry. From 1989 to 1992, he completed a graduate prosthodontics residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Johnson also holds a Masters Degree in Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
He opened Bellevue Prosthodontics in 1992, a private Prosthodontic practice in Bellevue, WA limited to fixed, removable, and implant prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics.
Dr. Johnson is the only board certified prosthodontist on the Eastside and is …widely regarded for his knowledge and expertise with advanced materials and techniques. Dr. Johnson is regularly called upon as a lecturer and instructor to dental societies, other dental specialists, and general dentists.
