Dr. Jones is an EXCELLENT Orthopedic Surgeon!! On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, I fell and broke my right hip. He came into the ER after seeing my XRay and told me he was going to operate to repair the Intertrochanteric fracture as soon as possible! After the surgery he visited me in recovery and told me it was very successful! His kindness and compassion he demonstrated in my acute traumatic situation will never go unappreciated, and will always be remembered for the rest of my life!!!! He is the poster Surgeon for the West Shore Hospital! I managed to return home the following day as unbelievable as it sounds; but, it was due to his extraordinary “da Vinci” type work he performed on my hip. I saw him in his office two weeks later, May 6, 2026, for follow-up to surgery. Everything was perfect. Staples were removed and there were “No s/s of infection.”He showed me the XRay with the Insertion Intramedulary Nail Femur and explained the presence of “callus” formation seen on the x ray. He… explained new bone is forming over the fracture line! He recommended PT at OIP and made arrangements for OIP in Enola to contact me that day, May 6, 2026!! It can’t get any better than this!!! I started PT on May 7 at OIP in Enola due to Dr Jones’ deep professional commitment to his patients. I don’t know where I’d be if it weren’t for Doctor Michael Jones!! He turned everything around and helped me immensely through this traumatic tragedy!!! I can’t say enough!! Sincerely, Peggy Swab, RN

Dr. Jones was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming with answers to all my questions and concerns.. I feel great 10 days after my meniscus repair!

Sorry but didn’t like him. I tried asking question and brought up concerns I had and felt un heard and dismissed.

I enjoyed seeing DrJones He is a very knowledgeable that's why I went back to him. I'm upset I waited so long to go back to him since my other knee was aching at a rate of 109% I know it would not have been this long dealing with my trauma. Pain management didn't inject correctly I felt. Overall he has my pain at 2%thanks for being so caring.

Dr Jones is a wonderful physician… Here goes above and beyond during my visits…. I would highly recommend him as your orthopedic surgeon!

Dr.Jones is great! He did a great job with my husband's knee and now helping me navigate some issues with arthritis and things now.

The doctor’s 2nd comment prior to discussing diagnosis or tests was “do you want surgery?” I would suggest going to a university setting, Penn State Health, where the physician is motivated by outcome rather than profitable surgery.
