Dr. Michael Robert Jones, MD

Dr. Michael Jones is a cardiovascular disease specialist with additional expertise in interventional cardiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. With over five decades of medical practice, Dr. Jones brings extensive experience to his cardiology work. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Jones practices at multiple locations throughout Lexington and Mount Sterling, Kentucky, with primary affiliations at Saint Joseph Hospital and several other healthcare facilities in the region. His clinical focus includes treating conditions such as back pain during pregnancy and flank pain. He performs various therapeutic procedures including physical therapy and manual therapy techniques. Dr. Jones also conducts diagnostic testing such as basic metabolic panels to support comprehensive patient care.
