Thank you, Dr. Jones, for the amazing work you did when my youngest son, now 35 years old was born. He had the cord wrapped around his neck three times, he was purple, non-responsive and his shoulders were stuck. But the whole time, you were the picture of calmness and capability. Your bedside manner with me was extraordinary, allowing me to hold the oxygen to my son's face while you unwrapped the cord and "un-wedged" him. Instead of it being a potentially fatal and traumatic experience, you made it life-saving and wonderful. Thank you for your incredible competence and kindness. PS - that baby you saved is now a successful mechanical engineer with 2 sons of his own. You're the best.

He makes me feel very comfortable during all procedures and explains everything. He also listens and is open to options of treatment. I have been seeing him for about 12 yrs. He is very knowlegable. I think he is great! I always leave feeling relaxed and assured.
