Dr. Michael Edward Jones, MD

I have been seeing Dr Jones since 2017 and have always very impressed. Great bedside manner?

I say that because he saved my life and is helping me conquer opioid addiction by tackling my root issues and finding the right medications for my mental health diagnoses. He is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about addiction and that’s the main reason I was referred to him. He also knows a lot about stress and how to manage it. Managing my expectations as well as my mental health has made me feel so much better about life and making myself proud and then my mom proud is all is all I wanna do now. I wasn’t hopeful but now I am and I owe it to Dr. Jones. Thank you

The first time I visited Dr. Jones, I absolutely loved him! However, today I was required to see a NP in order to get refills before going out of town. Well, his motto may be People caring for people ", but his staff seems to have a different interpretation of that motto. I did not feel like my concerns were heard, and expressed my disappointment. I asked if there was an email address for Dr. Jones were I could address these concerns privately. I was not only told no, but if I needed to speak with him, I would need to make an office visit, pay a copay, and it would be 3 weeks or more. To which I responded, "well maybe I need to seek out another PCP whom will communicate with patient concerns when they are unhappy with the initial visit. She then looked at me and replied, "Would you like to complete your medical release now so you can find another provider?" So, unfortunately, Erin, I think that's exactly what I need to do.

Since Dr. Jones' made his wife the office manager the service has gone down the tubes. The employees and many patients are no longer happy. Since Jennifer has now left, good luck with his office staying open. Jennifer deserves better. Close your doors Dr. Jones. Or get your wife out of there.

Dr Jones is a good man. He spends time with each patient. You might have to wait a bit but that's because he will give you all the time you need like he does to everyone else. He's been my family doctor for over 20 years. I
