I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr. Jungkeit and his staff. On two separate occasions--one for an ear procedure, the other for my throat--I have been impressed with how professional, pleasant, and caring everyone there is. Although I have to travel an hour each way, it is so worth it!

I am glad he researched alternatives to having surgery. Kind, smart and caring doctor and staff.

I have been blown away with the personal care from this clinic. They're so amazing!!

Dr. J is extremely kind, understanding, and gentle. He repaired my hearing completely, and checked up on me. He is also very knowledgable and succeeded where several other physicians failed to diagnose properly. I recommend him to everyone I know.

i'd been going to jungkeit for all kinds of services for more than a decade -- and having some issues w/him here and there (i could certainly get into it) the most disappointing moment w/this doctor was recently during a consultation wherein he claimed to have the flu (THANKS FOR THE EXPOSURE) and proceeded to laud insults that were completely uncalled for and shockingly distasteful. this unprofessional behavior came after i made it clear to him that i did not need ANOTHER consultation and that the ONE THING he wanted to point out to me could have been said over the phone because I'M VERY BUSY. i'd say he had a bad day BUT this bad act was the culmination of a couple of ridiculous phone calls i had w/his mother/manager over the phone. i have referred people to him over the years and even though in the past my girlfriend had nothing good at all to say about him because of a procedure he performed on her that she was so unhappy about, i still continued to support and refer… others to him. NO LONGER. he walked into that office a jerk and he was still a jerk when i left. i do not allow myself to be disrespected. ever. so while i have had issues w/this doctor procedurally, as a person, he's a jerk. while i appreciate doctors who go to mexico, et al and perform free-of-charge surgeries on the deformed and impoverished (as jungkeit claims he does [by the way, doctors get their training this way so it's not all a gift]) nothing, absolutely nothing in this world absolves you from being a disrespectful human being. they keep a copy of the bible in their waiting room. maybe they should read it.

This wonderful, kindhearted and extremely intelligent Doctor saved my life. I had a giant benign inner ear tumor that was slowly deteriorating all of my inner ear soft tissues and destroyed my inner ear bones. He was clear with my diagnosis and prognosis and took excellent care of me. He is hands down one of the finest and worth the wait(as he is very very busy saving many others!)

Dr. Jungkeit is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and caring doctors I have ever had. Because he is such a spectacular doctor, people come from long distances to see him. Because he has so many patients, you could wait 45 minutes for your appt, but it is well worth the wait to have Dr. Jungkeit as your doctor. He is so caring that he had his nurse call me at 7:30 PM to let me know the results of a biopsy.

I had my tonsils out recently by Dr. Jungkeit and it was a great experience.His office was able to accommodate my tricky and short notice scheduling issues. I followed his plan for recovery exactly and had no post-surgery issues at all! Based on the horror stories online, many people experience extreme pain, bleeding, problems with scabbing, etc. - none of which I had. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

did not work after 2 surgeries, very painful can not sleep, waste of money.
