After 4 doctors, the ER, and several useless prescriptions, Dr. Kaplan did a cat scan and diagnosed my issue immediately. The balloon sinuplasty cleared up my issue and I've been great ever since! Highly recommend this fast, friendly office!

Avoid at all costs. Misdiagnosed, charged for unnecessary procedures. When I saw a reputable ENT he raised an eyebrow at the course of action Dr. Kaplan had taken in treating my problems.

I went to see Dr. Kaplan about 6 months ago for snoring since my wife was about to push me out of the bedroom. I immediately felt comfortable with this doctor and a procedure done in his office a couple of weeks later. Other than sore throat for about a week the recovery was easy. Haven't been snoring since and breathing better than I have in years. Great bedside manner and definitely top in his field!

Today I took my daughter to be checked by the doctor, the wait was for almost an hour and the moment the doctor entered the room I knew that, either he was not very kind or did not like us, he explained things to us and He treated us in a very condescending, impatient and rude manner. so my suggestion is that if you're not American, better look for another option.

My wife pushed me to see Dr. Kaplan a a few months because of my constant snoring and I had a terrific experience. His staff was wonderful and put me at ease from the minute I walked into the office. Ok, I had to wait 10 min to see him but given todays standards that's an A+ for me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really took his time explaining my condition and the different treatment options. I felt comfortable with his advice and underwent a procedure in his office a few weeks later. He actually called to check on me the day after the surgery and even gave me his cell phone number to call him in case I had any questions! I'm telling you in 60 yrs of seeing doctors I have never had one give me his personal phone number! Well that was 6 weeks ago and I have since stopped snoring, am breathing better than I have in years and sleeping much better too. If you want the best treatment from an outstanding doctor who is top in his field I believe he is your guy.

Dr. Michael A Kaplan is a great doctor who did excellent job and care for patient after the surgery. After 2 week of the Balloon Sinuplasty I can breathe well and my sinuses issue is healed. I wish I had known him earlier. I had been suffered from the sinuses issue for many years. Now I can breathe well . Dr. Kaplan called me after the surgery to ask how my status was. I had two other surgeries before with different doctors, but never had the doctor called me after the surgery. I was also able to contact him directly to report the my status and Dr. Kaplan quickly reply my text. If you need an ENT doctor, I would like to recommend Dr. Kaplan who is an outstanding doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Kaplan and his staff. After being told by another physician that I required a more invasive procedure to treat my chronic sinusitis, I wanted a second opinion. During my consultation with Dr. Kaplan, he recommended the balloon sinuplasty. I had my procedure within a week, on a Friday morning, and was back at work Monday. He was incredibly thorough and professional and personally answered ALL of my (many) questions before and after my successful treatment. I’m very happy with the care I received and would recommend him to anyone!
