It is extremely rare in today's society to find a highly respected and talented doctor in his field who is also attentive and not rushed in his bedside manner. Dr. Kay listens carefully and takes the time to get to know his patients as individuals which, in turn, helps them feel that they can trust him. He also understands that people have different concerns that they bring with them, and he is genuinely responsive to those concerns.
