Was excellent with my 4-year-old. I could not be happier with the process! My 10-year-old was happy and relaxed. We will definitely come again!

This dentist informed us that some teeth would need cavities drilled and filled. He also said that some teeth would possibly need root canals performed. We had the work done on the cavities and during that time the dentist drilled too deep exposing a nerve. This required an emergency root canal on one of the teeth that wasn't potentially needing one! The orthodontist told us that the root canal was needed for this reason. We then followed up with the dentist to ask about the problem and he refused to speak with us until he and the orthodontist spoke to get the story right. Then the dentist had the orthodontist try to call us to "answer some questions we had." However, we only had questions for the dentist, he's the one that we had problems with his work. I set up a time with the receptionist for the dentist to call me to discuss my questions, the dentist never called! I emailed them through a form on the website they have... no response from them was ever received. I called them and… asked them to give me some forms they needed me to fill out and they never returned my phone call. So, I called and asked for a fax number, they refused to give me a fax number or return any of my calls requesting a call back, email back, fax back, or any other contact information. Then they send us bills repeatedly! They refuse to talk about the bills, they refuse to talk about the services they did, they refuse to do anything but send us bills in the mail. It's no wonder they have no contact information other than a phone number... they avoid the mistakes they make, but still want to be paid for them! I would never suggest anybody go to this dentist, EVER!
