Should no longer be practicing. Needs to retire. He can barely get around himself. In a wheel chair and needs to rest after seeing each patient.

they were an hour and 18 minutes behind my scheduled apt.!!!! and not one single person apologized for being so late! they acted like it was normal and no big deal. i had to cancel a lunch date cause they were so late. :( the doctor was senile and sarcastic to me. he kept repeating the same questions as he kept forgetting he already asked the same ones. he also didn't seem to know any of other doctors possible diagnosed diseases, as he had his male nurse google them. while other doctors that i have seen about my condition knew immediately what they were. also the nurse had such a heavy Spanish accent i had a very hard time understanding him. overall what a waste of time. all doctors and clinics are not equal, and this clinic and doctor is well below avg.

I made an appointment to see this doctor for osteoporosis through out my body and then they called to reschedule as the appt. was made in error and not enough time was allowed for a new patient. They rescheduled for a couple weeks later and then they call and tell me they need to reschedule again another month out. Seems the doctor had his own doctor appt. on the same day and time he was supposed to see me and then 2 weeks of vacation. Now I don't know about anyone else but I can tell you, in every position I have held, my boss knew well in advance of an appt. I had to be at and also any vacation time I was taking. Ridiculous - move on quickly to another doctor.

Best R.A Dr. I have ever had. I have had R.A for over 20 yrs , been through a lot of Dr's. Dr. Keller is the best.

I wasn't very impressed with this Dr. I came in as a new patient for him. My husband was with me and he introduced himself to him as soon as he walked into the room. Well after her examined me, he forgot who my husband was. He ask who is this gentleman? When he had just met him not even 5 minutes ago. Very weird made me feel very uncomfortable. So then he gave me like 60 Lyrica pills. He said you will thank me when you come see me in 30 days. So after reading all the side effects, I did not take any of the pills. I went back and he gave me Humira. This medication is even worst than the first. I never went back to him. He had no idea what we were treating and he was giving medication like crazy. Who does that??

I visited Dr Keller a while back and I write this review now because I am now suffering the consequences of his poor counsel. He is a bully who berated nurses in my presence, accused me of lying about a condition I have lived with, and had been hospitalized at times for, since my teens, said he didn't believe I ever had it, and told me my problems would go away if I lost weight. I stopped my medication, because he said there was no proof in any of the tests of my condition, I lost weight (even though I was not overweight), and believed I was free of my autoimmune disease -- somewhat liberating, I must admit. And I accept responsibility for my part in this saga -- believing him blindly and not getting a second opinion. Jump forward several years and I find myself at a new rheumatologist by way of the dermatologist and this new doc, a sweet kind gentle man tells me a whole host of issues I have dealt with over the past several years would have been avoided had I stayed on my… medication, as I do, in fact, have the auto-immune condition, per the tests and my pre-Keller medical records. Doctors have power to do good, and while not always correct, or helpful, kindness and honesty and admitting you don't know the answer, can go a long way. Dr. Keller is not a good man or a good doctor -- just a bully.

Unorganized, unethical, rude, incorrectly charged me, no communication, parking is terrible, elevator does not work!

He told me I had fibromyalgia when my back x-rays confirmed spinal stenosis and spinal hypertrophy (facet syndrome). He had said my hands and feet numbness and tingling was from fibromyalgia. I told him I needed treatment from extremely dry eyes and then asked if I had dry eyes 5 times during the appointment. He then said, I don't treat dry eyes. He's a rheumatologist! He is supposed to look for sjogrens and other autoimmune disorders. He said I have to go to a Opthamologist! He dismissed my symptoms like they were not there. I am now going to get the back treatment I need from another Dr. He didn't seem the least concerned that it may be something else. Time for this guy to retire. He stayed in old school medicine and can't really help you. Find another doctor for real treatment.

He did not listen to me at all. He was always to busy to listen.
