Update: Attempted to call Amanda mid day yesterday. She was gone for the day and will be gone all next week. Also received letter that fired us as patient. It stated that I had threatened the practice and or it’s staff! That is a flat out lie! We would greet DrK and Tonja with hugs not hand shakes! The girl from billing was rude she said she had spoke with her manager and that the I owed the charge because that is the way it was coded! I said, I was contacting the ins co. And to let Dr K and his assistant know. I was not happy, but NEVER threatened anyone! This really bothers me, and if DRK Truly believes this I am very disappointed and saddened. We have been through a lot with my health! I thought I was going to die and DR K seen me thru it all! I am baffled and hurt. My wife is devistated and actually cried over this. I have been a patient for many years and thought the world of Dr Kellogg and his staff. However I received a charge that was very excessive. I had… went to a regular follow up visit due to medications that I am on. During the visit, I mentioned I had a small splinter in my finger. Long story short, the nurse scraped it out. The insurance was billed and I was being charged $150.00 co pay instead of my normal $$30.00. Left message and billing called me back and said that is what it cost. I told her that that is crazy and that all I had was a splinter scraped out and that It appears to be fraud. She said that was the cost and I had to pay it. I told her I was calling the insurance company and let them know about this charge. My wife just received a call from the office manager and they are firing both of us as patients because I threaten to call the insurance company. The manager said that Dr Kellogg took it personally, I never said he committed fraud only that the billing was fraudulent for scrapping a splinter out that the nurse did with a razor blade. I am very disappointed that he nor his assistant did not call to clear this up rather than having a staff member say he took it personally and was firing us as patients after all these years. So sad!

Useless, I questioned his diagnosis and asked to be seen again only to be turned away. I ended up in the ER with a bacterial infection. All I needed was antibiotics.

Great customer service, knowledgable and caring doctors and nurses and minimal wait times make this an excellent medical practice for my family.

Dr Michael Kellog and his staff are personable, welcoming and easy to talk to. I appreciate their willingness to listen and work with you to get a solution to medical issues. Not just one size fits all.

Routine yearly physical. Dr. Michael Kellogg and his staff are alway very warm and friendly. The visit is quick and organized. Everyone knows what they are doing from the front desk to the lab. And it makes the visit very effecient. He is very warm and caring and easy to talk with. Would definetly refer him to others.

DR. Kellogg is the best doctor I have ever had. He exudes warmth and competence.
