Front office staff are rude and don't track patient's referrals and requests. The two-office staff I talked to on separate occasions had the attitude of not my issue not my problem. Called the office three time and all three times they had not inputted any of the information from the referral or contacted the dental plan to see about out of pocket. No one seemed to know what they were doing or taking about. I do not recommend this office to anyone, as the staff are not empathetic or caring of the needs of the patients!

Dr. Kelson has done a fantastic job each time I have needed extractions -- five now! A careful professional, he always follows up afterwards to make sure I am doing well and healing. His staff does a great job, too. I have never had to wait a single minute in the waiting room; they have always taken me right in to get started. Thanks, all of you! I am grateful for the superb treatment.

Dr Kelson's office did a good job on my implant. I also had my kids wisdom teeth taken out here and it went well for all of them.

I got my wisdom teeth out here not to long ago. They did not sew the holes up because "they did not need it" and I thought nothing of it. They also did not give me a syringe to flush the food particles that would get STUCK IN THE HOLES THEY DID NOT CLOSE. As I did not know I would even need to do a such thing to keep the holes clean. The holes on top are healing just fine thus far, but the ones on the bottom are WIDE open. Now I am having to find ways to keep food out of it and keep them clean. They then put me on antibiotics too keep from getting an infection. Not the happiest with my treatment. But will NOT be going back. Although this did happen the staff up front and before the procedure started were very friendly and willing to help.
